سياسة التبديل والاسترجاع

حرصًا منّا على رضاكم، يحقّ لكم تبديل أو استرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام بشرط:

أن يكون المنتج بنفس حالته الأصلية وقت الشراء.

أن يكون التيكت والهاند تاج موجودين في أماكنهم الأصلية بدون أي تلف أو إزالة.

وجود إثبات الشراء (إيصال – فاتورة – رسالة تأكيد).

حالات لا يشملها التبديل أو الاسترجاع

المنتجات المستخدمة أو التي تم فتحها أو تغيير حالتها الأصلية.

وجود أي علامات لبس أو روائح أو تلف.

طريقة الاسترجاع

يتم استرجاع المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة عند الشراء.

في حالة الطلبات أونلاين، يتحمّل العميل تكلفة الشحن في حالة الاسترجاع أو التبديل.

طريقة التبديل

يمكن التبديل في الفرع أو عبر شحن المنتج لنا (وتحمّل العميل تكلفة الشحن).

Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure your satisfaction, you may return or exchange any item within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that:

The item is in its original condition as received.

The ticket and hang tag are in their original positions with no damage or removal.

A proof of purchase is presented (receipt, invoice, or confirmation message).

Cases not eligible for return or exchange

Items that have been used, opened, or altered from their original condition.

Any signs of wear, scents, or damage.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at purchase.

For online orders, the customer is responsible for shipping fees in case of return or exchange.

Exchange Process

Exchanges can be made in-store or by shipping the item back to us (shipping cost covered by the customer).
